Initial consultation – we’ll build your athlete profile including your athletic history, current activities, your intentions, and your WHY. This profile will ensure that your program is tailored to your needs and goals.
Program kick-off calls to discuss the program details and answer any questions you have.

Includes a one-time program tailored for your specific goal. Perfect for the self-motivated runner who needs a personalized plan to follow, and may have questions along the way.
Mid-point assessment to check in and make adjustments to your program, if necessary.

Personalized Program in 4-week Intervals, starting at $95 per interval
Includes a personalized program updated at each 4-week interval. Perfect for the adapting athlete who wants to optimize their training and performance. (STRONG Season programs are generally 12-16 weeks).
